Recipe for Dough:
3/4 cup warm water
1 packet yeast
1 tsp sugar
11/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp salt
2 Tbs Chia seeds
3 Tbs Hemp seed
2-3 Tbs + 1 Tsp olive Oil
In a bowl add the yeast to the water and than the sugar for 5 min. Add the rest of the ingredients. Knead it for 5 min. Put back in the bowl, cover it with damp towel. Put the the bowl in a warm place for 1 hr 30 min. Preheat oven for 400 degrees. Coat the pizza pan with 1 tsp of olive oil. Press and spread out the dough to the pan. Bake for 10-15 min. Take out the oven. Add pizza sauce of your choice and Fat Free Cheese and put your toppings( I did Spinach, Chicken Breast, Tomato, Onion and Bell Pepper) Put back into oven for 10 min
